Is there a possibility of forcing the client to not use the server when selecting a channel on the EPG?

My TV Sources are all IPTV. I have 4 connections to my IPTV Provider and 2 for my HDHomeRun for my OTA channels.

If I use a standard client - and enter a direct link - the video is perfect. But when I use DVBLink Theater the video is all choppy. I believe the stream is going through the DVBLink Server then to the client. If so, is there a way to have the clients stream directly from the content provider and bypass the server while still using the EPG?

And play around with "prebuffering_time" settings (setting it to zero solved my buffer issues)

Thanks for the reply. I read that thread and changed the values to zero. Wish they would add an option to allow a direct feed. But since the software has monitoring ability, it keeps control of the stream. I believe this is why streams disconnect when making changes to the sources.

I’ve read about user-agent, but the information is sparse. I have entered “my-user” in that area. Think I’ll do some more searching.

Hi could you please tell me where is the file to modify the setting, I have the server on a Synology NAS.
