Added a Foscam FI9826W PTZ to my collection. Works fine as well, only video though.

But in Win MCE it Takes a Long Time before it's connected.
In vlc it's very fast....

Similar experience here. Same with the XBMC client. Guess its because of the extra "hop" in between (DVBLogic) to pass on the network traffic. If you have the DVBLogic web interface open on the monitor tab, you should see that it does immediately start building up the stream. Just takes quite some time to pass on the stream and have the DVBLogic client get enough packets to show something I recon.

Nope. Works fine here with my Foscam cameras. Sounds like your camera is only capable of serving out one stream at a time? Which brand/model is it?

Weird. Level One aren't the cheapest ones around (actually Foscam is and with them it works fine). Are you able to connect to it directly from two separate devices at the same time?

Basically all DVBLogic does is connect to the RTSP endpoint you define in the m3u playlist, just like any kind of client would do.

Yes, It is possible to Connect from two or more devices...

Since I've deleted IPTV from my WHS, it is possible to Connect from a mobile device...
If Iptv is installed, I can't Connect or very very Slow ( up to 5min in WLAN at home) over Cam viewer App...

Connection with PC ( Internet Explorer) in WLAN is no Problem.
Connection with vlc especially rtsp-Stream is no Problem

I'm not very happy at this Moment...

Sounds really weird. If you go into the DVBLogic web UI, on the Monitor tab, do you see it having an active connection with your camera?

There is/was a Second Problem. If IPTV was installed, I get on WDR HD Television Heavy stuttering in Video and Sound.
Now IPTV is uninstalled and no stuttering on WDR Hd.
