In my case most of the channels i watch have slv(slovenian) subtitles, so on every channel switch i have to go up and change subtitles...

Is it possible to add setting for default subtitle language.
In my case most of the channels i watch have slv(slovenian) subtitles, so on every channel switch i have to go up and change subtitles...
