Recording location size reporting problem

Postby RayGannon » Mon Aug 24, 2015 1:53 am

I have recently installed the DVBLink Server and TVSource (version 5.5) on a raspberry pi 2 running raspbian. I'm using an older HDHomeRun dual network tuner for over-the-air recording. I have changed the recording location to a 32 gig USB flash drive and have confirmed that is where the new recordings are being saved. But the "schedules" web page is showing I have "0.0 B free of 7.0 GB". The "root" drive is reported by raspbian as 7.7 G so I think DVBLogic is reporting that space instead of the correct drive. Is this issue a bug in the web interface or do I need to change the recording location some place other than 'TV and Media Library - Settings - Recorder - Recording path' ?

Most probably the issue with new "Recorded TV " folder rights. Also it can be because of issue with dlrecorder.db. To be more clearly, i need log file with log level info as described here:

But is new recordings appears at TV Recordings tab?

New recordings are being saved to the 32 gig flash drive as expected.

I also have a new problem that does show up in the attached log but I have not gone searching for answers yet. Two recordings started at the same time but only 1 of the two tuners had a cable connected. I was surprised to see both recordings failed and now I can't delete either of them.

I'm don't sure exactly, but i guess that it's can be corruption of dlrecorder.db
There is a manual how to repair it ( if it's too difficult for you can do it for you, just upload dlrecorder.db file to any of file sharing and give me link ): http://dvblogic.com/wiki/index.php/How_ ... er.db_file

Also in the log files i saw some strings wich usually means that someone else uses this tuner or some issue with driver.

Thank you for the suggestions. I looked over the procedure to fix the database and it seemed like reinstalling from scratch was the faster option at this early point in my testing. Having gone through the installation and configuration process once I was able to go from a bare raspberry pi to a working pvr in under 15 minutes. Everything is working quite well now including the 'available storage space' gauge and multiple simultaneous recordings.
