Tuner Problem

Postby Achim » Sun Mar 08, 2015 5:14 pm

Hi,

I use the DVBLink TVSource Software (5.1.0) on my Raspberry Pi 2 with the DVB-S Tuner "DVBSky S960 USB Box".

My Problem is that if I start a channel (VLC or kodi) nothing happens. Only if I switch the channel and switch back, the channel starts playing.

Because of that programmed recordings do not work.

I tried every setting in "Advanced settings" at Sources, but I can't find the error.

I made logs, but I don't understand them.

Sorry for the bad English.

Can you please again set log level to extended info, restart dvblink server, reproduce the issue and attach zipped log file here?

After a restart everything works fine. Only if the Pi is idle for a few minutes the problem happens.

I did the following steps in order to reproduce the issue:
1. I set log level to extended info
2. I restarted the Pi
3. I started a channel (It played correctly)
4. I stopped the stream
4. I waited a few minutes
5. I tried to start a channel (Here is the problem. The stream did not load)
6. I switched the channel (This channel played correctly again)
7. I stopped the stream

As client I used kodi.

Do you use Openelec? If yes - which version?

As server I use Raspbian.
As client I use VLC and Kodi (14.1 “Helix”) on Windows and Mac OS X.
