Yes, it is a problem, in particular it's a problem that the DVBLogic folk either do not understand or haven't bothered to look at seriously.
This is no solution "The only option to restore correct DVBLInk operations is to downgrade QTS to version 4.1.4." ,I have to forgo bug fixes and new features of QNAP, so that I can record my TV program?
If there is no solution, why say that none?
Apparently, updates of DVBLink version (6.0.0) and QNAP (4.2.1) bring no improvements.
It doesn't, unless you fix it yourself.
Please tell something what is possible for the future.
I spent an afternoon on it to try and understand the problem and while it isn't too hard to partly fix, it may be more difficult to get to a point where it would be suitable for a production release.
I'll need to spend a few more days on it to work that out.
In any case I was able to get it working for my dual tuner for the moment so now I need to decide if I want to pay for DVBLink to run it on my unsupported NAS model with unsupported kernel modules ......
Fact is one big advantage of paying for DVBLink over TVHeadend is that I didn't have to tweek the package as I did for TVHeadend (doesn't support dual tuners), but now ......
Come on DVBLogic, answer my question, there may be something you are missing.
