There are no compatible tuners detected on your system.

I have a Haupauge Win TV MiniStick that was sold to me as a Nova T Stick. However I just realised that it is not in fact a nova-t stick but instead it is a Win TV ministick. DVBLink TV Source on my QNAP TS119 does not recognise it. Does that mean that it is not compatible? Log attached

Really if we look at the list "Legacy and unofficially supported (USB) TV tuners" there is no this tuner and in your log files, this stick isn't recognized.
Better way make a refund or exchange.
By the way, i guess the best one for dvb-t/t2/c types of signal is DVBLogic TVButler.

I'm not sure if you are a user or official support. I know that the tuner I have is not officially supported. However I was wondering if there was anything that can be done. I'm currently on a free trial of DVBLink. If I can get my tuner working then I'll buy the software. If I have to buy another tuner then I'll probably try to get one that works natively with the QNAP firmware to avoid having to buy the DVBLink software as well (for now at least until I see how much I use it).
