I hope that's the right log.
Normally, I use the 5.5 version of dvblink. Right now it's the trial version of v.6.

I managed to roll back to 2.5.4.RF42 and now my tuner is recognized again.
Is it something you would be able to fix, so I can update til ADM 2.6?

So I am the only one who can't update to TVSource V5.5.0 Build 12805?

The system says it is available for upgrade, and the changelog reads right... but as soon as I try to upgrade this just does a re-installation/repair of TVSource V5.5.0 Build 12513.

Can someone please check the binary file at http://78.47.27.219/download/installati ... -5.5.0.dlp is actually the correct build 12805?

Is V6 stable for use on Asustor?

Hi Oberon,

Has DVBlink v5.5.0 or v6.0.0 been tested with the latest ADM version (ADM 2.6.2.R6L2) yet?

Hi Oberon,

I've updated the AS5102T firmware to 2.6.2.R6L2 and under the TV source TAB it is coming up with 'Device is not Present'.

The log files have been attached.

Do you recommend that I upgrade to 6.0.0 build 12901?

Regards
Eric

Further info - Clicked on repair and TV Source downgaded to build 12513, but could not upgrade back to build 12805.

Please see screen shots attached.

Shutdown and restarting the NAS didn't make any difference.

Hi,

I've uninstall DVBLink server 5.5.0 and deleted the directories within DVBLink directory. But still no joy to update the latest TV source build 12805, stays at 12513.

I am now going to try to upgrade to version DVBLink 6.0.0.

Upgraded to DVBLInk 6 and activated the trail. Went to the Sources Tab and it now says that

"TVSource - There are no compatible tuners detected on your system. For the list of compatible tuners please click here."

Please help.

Regards

Hi,

Have you a solution for the issues with upgrading to the latest version of TVSource for both 5.5.0 build 12805 and 6.0.0 build 12901?

Hi
I upgraded to AMD 2.6 (currently 2.6.3.R713) and upgrade DVBLogic Server 6.0.0 Build 13129 and TVSource 6.0.0 Build 13109 and it does not see my Hauppauge NOVA TD USB HD USB Dual Digital tuner. It used to work fine before I upgraded to ADM 2.6 and used DVBLogic 5. I thought DVBLogic 6 would fix the comparability problem. So, when can I expect this issue to be resolved?

Cheers Wazza

Hello,

Similar issue here: I use AS5102T with latest ADM (ADM 2.6.5.R9N1) and latest DVBLink Server (6.0.0 Build: 13314) and DVBLink TVSource
(Version: 6.0.0 Build: 13314). Tuner is a PCTV 461e (DVB-S/DVB-S2). Everything works fine, except after a reboot or cold start. Then I get the message
"Device is not present". If I then unplug and re-plug the tuner it (a) works again and (b) I can see two soruces with the same name, i.e. I see
2 x the 461e as soure (as described here: viewtopic.php?f=78&t=31035). (b) is not a big thing it works anyway, but (a)
is very annoying, because you have to unplug/re-plug the tuner everytime after a (re)boot.
It seems that DVBLink TV source still does not support ADM 2.6 for AS5 and AS6. According to here:
viewtopic.php?f=55&t=31285
I found only the statement: "DVBLink TVSource (as3, as6) Added: support for latest ADM2.6 firmware", =>AS5 and AS6 are not mentioned.

[1] Anyone has same issue?
[2] @DVBLogic: is/will DVBLink TVSource be updated to support ADM 2.6.x on AS5 and AS6?

Thanks,
Marcus

Hello ,
same issue with AS5004T , with EVOLVEO Mars ( two tuners = two sources ) . My version ADM 2.6.5.R9N1 , Media-pack 2.6.2.r01, DVBLink and DVBSource 6.0.0 build 13314 in trial mode . Everything working until reboot NAS . After reboot , USB dongle is recognized in system ( dmesg command ) , but in /dev directory missing missing DVB dir with adapter dir for example : /dev/dvb/adapter0 . This is problem with error "Device not present" . BTW support matrix for AS5xxx and another types is very limited  , in my country Czech republic is many of supported types end of sale and another supported types not updated . When re-plug USB dongle "dvb" directory is created and worked again . Looksgood app - EPG cannot display any info , uninstalled. Good message is after sleep and resume NAS DVB still OK and working fine .
I think same with Marcus3967 , AS5 not supported , maybe new kernel 4.1 and drivers is problem .
