Nothing works on AS-604

HI folks

I have an AS-604t but nothing works even though i thought i am clever and bought everythink from dvblogic.

first of all it strarted with the registration. it does not work by entering my user details nor it does with the manual installation. so far i am using a trial license....

but my nas is not detecting the pctv-292 stick.
it says there are not tv sources detected.

i tried serveral usb ports, shutdowns, v4.6.0 and v5.0.0 ....

nothing worked

need help!!!

let's see how we can help you. To start completely remove everything and do a clean installation with the downloaded dvblink-server-asustor-linux-x86_64-5.0.0.apk file from site http://dvblogic.com/en/software/asustor-as-6/

then go to the settings in the Web configurator and set log level to info.
install tvsource from package centre
plug your pctv stick into USB 2.0 and go to TVSources page
if the tuner is not detected,please, attach zipped log file here.

ok there is an improvement

don't ask how but now activation worked out but stick is not detected...
