OS 6.2.3 (Beta 10) supported yet?

Postby Charles R » Tue Mar 17, 2015 10:18 pm

I have searched and found competing answers... is upgrading to 6.2.3 supported... working?

The latest release notes contain... [Beta 10] Fix bad DVBLink interaction with RNx16 buttons. so something must be working. :)

No, 6.2.3... they are running them in parallel to some degree. I know 6.3 isn't supported but I'd like to go up to 6.2.3...

The new build of DVBLink server is running good with ReadyNASOS 6.3.3-T143 (Beta 9)
But the new and new ReadyNASOSes (Beta) are released very often, so you can install a Beta9
As for newest Beta 10 i cann't say anything.
NETGEAR RNDU2000; Synology DS112j, DS 212j, DS213+, DS 712+; Western Digital WD ex2; Asustor AS3, RPI2 ...
PCTV 460,461e,292e; TT 4400, 4650CI;DVBSKy S960; DD octopus net; Inverto sat2ip multibox; TBS DVB-C ...

Thanks. Since I was doing a Factory Reset I jumped straight to 6.3.3 (Beta 10) and everything appears to be working great.

Update: Having several issues now. Not sure of the reason at this point...

False alarm. I had told WMC to skip x number of days of recordings and it had started recording again so one or more of the tuners weren't free when it tried to do a recording. Just happened to be the day I tried using the ReadyNAS (was trying out a QNAP) and their 6.3.3 Beta software.
