Tuner priority

I think tuner priority would be a great feature for dvblogic.
Use for this would be if in users have in their setups different tuner cards. For example, I have techisat cablestar HD2 DVB-C and Delock DVB-C.
Both cards are working fine except techinstar card have slow channel switching, so that card could have priority for recordings and other card for live tv.

+1, same need (to have ability to prioritize tuners) at my config.

FTA DVB-T tuners need to be prioritized against sat pay TV DVB-S2 tuner with CI slot in order to preserve sat pay TV tuner for channels, which are not available on FTA DVB-T.

Please allow to set prio of each tuner/source at Sources tab.
DVBLink server 6.0.0 build 13310(14499) on W7, TV Source 6.0.0 build 14061, IPTV 6.0.0. build 13107
