Tuner in use status

Add possibility for export tuner in use.

For example write to a file like:

Tuner 1 – PCI 1 – Rec
Tuner 2 – PCI 2 – Stanby
Tuner 3 – IP 192.0.0.101 – Rec
Tuner 4 – IP 192.0.0.102 – Stanby
Tuner 5 – IP 192.0.0.103 – Stanby
Tuner 6 – IP 192.0.0.104 – Stream to client
Tuner 7 – IP 192.0.0.105 – Live view
