If they are providing a DVB-C signal type, then you may choose, some of the USB Sticks (one or more) or DD Octopus net with CI (if you also need to decrypt channels)
If it is a sat2ip, then better to choose some sat2ip receiver.
NETGEAR RNDU2000; Synology DS112j, DS 212j, DS213+, DS 712+; Western Digital WD ex2; Asustor AS3, RPI2 ...
PCTV 460,461e,292e; TT 4400, 4650CI;DVBSKy S960; DD octopus net; Inverto sat2ip multibox; TBS DVB-C ...

@Larsvb, are you a current subscriber to Canal Digitaal, with a smartcard you have for years already or a new subscriber ?
Because there are new things coming in security that provider smartcard is tied to CI module (which new dutch SAT provider Joyne is using now), so to be safe, purchase a SAT2IP network receiver with CI support for decrypting your package, just as the_man describes.

For more info, go to www.sat4all.com, a dutch SAT forum with more info.
