From your dmesg file the only thing i can say that tuner was connected/disconnected several times, and that can be the issue. DVBLink just can't detect tuner due to the fact that tuner hadn't been initialized in system.
Better create a separate topic, with all steps you have done and log files.

I have since yesterday again the same problems. Sometimes it even happens that the stick still in NAS (DSM) is displayed, but does not work anyway. I am frankly quite annoyed because I can not count on me. The problem is then namely that he receives no films but only 0 KB files creates. I also made the latest updates of DVBLogic, has brought nothing.

From the log files i see that the tuner a lot of times was connected/disconnected to the NAS
Code: Select all
dvb-usb: TBS DVBC USB2.0 successfully initialized and connected.
usb 2-1: USB disconnect, device number 4
dvb-usb: TBS DVBC USB2.0 successfully deinitialized and disconnected.

Maybe there is some issue at the NAS USB port or it is stick issue and DVBLink just can't get the stick
Code: Select all
E] CTVSStreamSource::LoadAndInitDriver. Failed to start device for driver /var/packages/DVBLinkServer/target/sources/TVSource-1/devices/libv4ltuners.dev, index 8, frontend 0

Please, set log level to info, connect stick into another USB2.0 port, restart dvblink and if the issue is played back attach zipped log files here.

Unfortunately I only have one USB (front) 2.0 port on my NAS. I can infect him differently unfortunately nowhere. The other two USB ports are USB 3.0, with which it supposedly not working.

First: I'm already pretty mad at DVBLogic. I had twice the problem that the stick did not work in the last 3 days. Yesterday at 5 clock in the morning still everything worked. At about 16.00 clock I've taken something that was not working again. Instead the film he wrote the following to me:

Sorry, can not display this channel Either Because there is a technical problem or no TV signal.

Under Control Panel -> Info Center -> General -> External Devices The tuner is just visible, what he but is not always, if I have a problem. Mostly he is also not visible. In DVBLink Sources under the stick was not apparent.
The tuner is connected directly to USB 2.0 at the front of the NAS
Then I did a reboot from the NAS and since then it works again. The only question is, for how many days or hours?
I ask for an early resolution proposal. I've done all that you have got hold of me written. I also already start automatically every day my NAS in the morning again, but also does not help. The problem occurs then just below the day. Can you say when the problem occurred 5-16 clock yesterday? I turn on my hard drives namely after 10 minutes of inactivity ever retires. Perhaps this is why? If so, how can I solve it?

Please send the stick to us for RMA. We will exchange it for TVButler for you.

And at what address? Is The exchange for free? But that also means that I now have for some time no stick an cannot record anything. Thats not good for me. What do I have to enclose everything, a description of the fault and I should take with respect to this forum?

I use since 01/14/2016 the new TVButler stick and had until now no problems with it. It looks as though it really is situated on the old stick. I hope that it will continue to work without problems. Thanks again DVBLogic for rapid problem resolution.

I am unfortunately happy that it seems that i am also not the only one who has this Problem.

I bought a TVButler DVB-C Stick and the DVBLink Server about two months ago. I use it in combination with a Synology DS214play.
I do have exactly the same problem as tommytom79 describes. After a few days the TV stick disappears and my daily records are lost. I don't check it every day. It also does not reinitialize again. Even not after restarting the NAS. I also have to unplug it and add it after a restart manually within the DVBLink Webinterface. It is also indifferent which USB-Port i use. Usually it is connected directly to the USB 2.0 Interface in the front. But i also tried the USB3.0 port at the back of the NAS.

It is really an unsatisfying situation. Shall i directly get in contact with the support of DVBLogic?

Thanks for your support.
