Yes, I would do it immediately. We were promised a fulfillment of a free new sticks equal without problem.

I bought a TVButler DVB-C Stick and the DVBLink Server about two months ago. I use it in combination with a Synology DS214play.
I do have exactly the same problem as tommytom79 describes. After a few days the TV stick disappears and my daily records are lost. I don't check it every day. It also does not reinitialize again. Even not after restarting the NAS. I also have to unplug it and add it after a restart manually within the DVBLink Webinterface. It is also indifferent which USB-Port i use. Usually it is connected directly to the USB 2.0 Interface in the front. But i also tried the USB3.0 port at the back of the NAS.

It is really an unsatisfying situation. Shall i directly get in contact with the support of DVBLogic?

Thanks for your support.

Where have you bought the TBS stick?

Hallo Dadome!
Do you still have the problem?
I have since recently problems with it, the same as before. By the new stick was now about 10 months a rest, now begin the problems again. See http://forum.dvblogic.com/viewtopic.php?f=69&t=31782

Hello. I currently have the DVBLogic TV Butler DVB-C / T / T2 (100tc) stick and had to find today that no films were excluded yesterday. Only records with 0 bytes were created. I had this problem very often before, when I still had the old stick from DVBLogic. Well, after a few months without problems, it did not work again.
I just hope it was an exception. Does anyone else sporadically have this problem? Only when I unplug the stick from the NAS and restart the NAS and then infect the stick, it works again.
