How to delete corrupt entries in the DVBLink Database?

Postby Alsfeld » Thu Oct 02, 2014 8:38 pm

How can I delete entries (of recorded files) which are not anymore available on my NAS?
When I try to delete them via DVBLink client interface I get a error message: "Fehler beim Löschen der Aufnahme"

I tried the link: http://dvblogic.com/wiki/index.php/How_ ... er.db_file
but afterwards the corrupted entries are still there.

Thank you, but it does not help.
The tig mark is set.

There is another dimension to my problem. All corrupted entries (total of 14 entries) are double and they are from three days in mid of July, when I migrated from version 4.x to 5.0.0

Any idea how to delete this 14 entries out of the database?

Hi

The following is at your own risk!!! And I think it's unsupported, but it will work (it has done for me at least!)

Download SQLite Browser (http://sqlitebrowser.org/)
Open the .db-file in //[NAS_NAME]/DVBLink/database/dlrecorder.db
Choose Browse data
Choose the "completed_recording" table
Find the recording in question, select te entire row by clicking the number to the left.
Click "Delete Record"
Click "Write Changes"
Done

Let me know if it works for you.

REMEMBER: this is at your own risk

Best regards
