Kodi Overlay Problem

I have a problem and it have ben there since Kodi 17.0 Playback is stuttering when i moving the mouse or do something that activate controlbar-overlay i have the same problem on all my mashines with diferent hardware, until now i have used the pvr.dvblink.dll from kodi 17. rc3 that one is smooth. But it does not work in Kodi 18 nightly so i am afraid i cant use the dll from 17 rc3 in the future. Is it unly me that have this problem??
