Asynchronous EPG update

Hi,

A feature request for the PVR addon.

I have tested tvheadend plugin and it have support for asynchronous epg update. Updating EPG for 1000 channels take a few seconds.

Can we get the same feature?

I wonder if this is what DVBViewer does as well. One of the things I've noticed since switching from DVBViewer to DVBLink is the amount of time it takes the EPG to update on startup. With DVBViewer, you could barely register the channel names as it flew through them so fast but with DVBLink, each channel appears for around 0.5s and an update for me takes ~40s compared to only a few seconds with DVBViewer. I'm using the same number of channels and same EPG source (EPGCollector) as I was with DVBViewer so nothing has changed there.
