i have actually 2 questions (i am a newbie.. just in case) .. and i am too lazy to make 2 posts.. :)
so..

my setup:
- dvblink server connected to my DM800
- apple tv 2 with kodi and dbvlink pvr addon

1) when streaming live tv from the dreambox, how do i change the language of the channel?
- main language is german (what is ok, when i am watching it)
- sometimes i would like to switch to english (english girlfriend)
-> i thought i might be able to reach that field where "ger" is written in.. but i can't find any pattern to navigate there with the apple remote control

2) what is the optimal trascoding bitrate for apple tv setup?
- i want the best possible picture
- network should not be a problem
- i think it's the atv2 that is struggling with the video data

thanks in advance

1)The audio stream you can chose at the bottom of the live tv scren -> Audio options -> Audio stream
2)It depend of many factors: hardware capacity, network stack ...
You may try next bitrates: 384, 512, 1024, 1536, 2048, 2560, 3072, 3584, 4096

Oh, i forgot to say, for that you must disable transcoding.

yup, when i diasble transcoding it "works"
problem now is that the ATV2 can't process the video data -> watching tv does not really work

is there not a way to
a) have transcoding + language selection?
b) have the english language chosen as the only language (if there are different ones)

so, in the advanced settings of the addon there is a language setting
if this works similar to the one in the dbvlink mobile client, i should be able to force english (which works on my mobile client)
but what is the correct setting? "eng" looks like to not have any influence on it

any idieas?
