Which analog tuners have been tested?

Postby goodyear77 » Tue Jul 10, 2012 5:54 pm

Hi DVBLogic,

I'm wondering if you have a list of analog tuners you have tested? Especially I'd like to know if you've tested the HAUPPAUGE WINTV HVR-2200? It's a dual tuner analog tuner, and I'm wondering if DVBLink will recognize both tuners even if they're on the same card?

I tested a Creatix CTX 948 ( HYbrid Card, DVB-S and Analog Tuner works, didn´t try DVB-T ! )
But I dont find a way to activate Video input.

Ok, thanks, I guess I'll buy the card and see if it works, worst case I can always use it directly in MCE without going through DVBLink (or return it :)).

One of my FloppyDTV cards just broke and I'm tired of paying through the nose to the cable company, so I*m just going to watch freeview digital (covers 40% of my TV-time), go for analogue TV for the digitally encrypted channels since they are provided for free if they're analogue, at least in my part of Sweden (20% of my TV Time), and look at my downloaded 720p TV-shows the rest of the time.

Will DVBLink AnalogTV support the Hauppauge HD-PVR? 1Geek1Tool doesn't seem to be updating their software to 4.5. In fact I am not even sure they are going to do anything else with the HD-PVR.

Hey. On http://linux.terratec.de/tv_en.html Terratec say that the H5 is not supported for linux.
But here http://data.terratec.net/dvblink/en/ , they say "the software (DVBlink) supports all TERRATEC TV tuner sticks"

So what that means? Is DVBlink supporting Terratec sticks only when there is already a driver installed?

i want to use dvblink for linux (synology) and streaming it to my iphone. and i'm searching for an analog+dvb-c-tuner which is supported for linux and dvblink.
I was thinking if dvblink is maybe supporting the sticks without drivers, because they say every terratec tuner is working with dvblink. But probably they mean , that the sticks working with dvblink only when the tuner is already supported by the system?

edit: oops.. it really is the wrong section.. didnt saw the topic was "windows products"
sorry :/

To answer your original question - DVBLink TV Server for NAS platform does not support analogue tuner and does not support Terratec tuners. For the complete list of supported tuners please refer to the TVSource product description page.
