Great job thanks for this addon.
Does it work with the new beta dvblink software (5.2)?

If they appear in XBMC itself, it's clearly not related to my Addon.
If there's no epg at all, could you please enable debugging, and do a PVR DB Reset, and post the xbmc.log?
But i'm quite sure that there are no breaking bugs in the EPG downloader, and i did not fully understand your setup and how the ipad is related to it.

Thx for the reply but i already found the problem its the constellation app with Frodo as a combination wich creates the problem.
It will be fixed in an new update.

I hope you mean 4.5.2, or did i miss a major release?
From the changelog, i don't see any XML API changes, so why not?

Is it possible to do something about the zaptimes?
zapping in Media Center is going fast compared to zapping in XBMC.

Disabling the timeshift function speeds up zapping a bit.
On my setup, changing channels takes ~1 second without, and ~3 seconds with timesthifting.
It's normal that it takes longer to start with timeshifting, as it has to care for the buffering first and it also puts a lot of load on the HDD.

This is the addon I enjoy the most with xbmc :) Totally kickass!
Though I'm experiencing that the clients drop the TV-Stream when using more than one at a time, which does not happen with WMC.

I've not found any clear pattern yet, but it seems to behave like this;
Clients are running Frodo-Beta1 with your addon on Windows7 (x64).

1. Start xbmc on Client1. Pick any channel.
2. Start xbmc on Client2, pick any channel.
3. Both Clients works.
4. Switch channel on Client2 or stop TV.
5. Client1 drops the connection and returns to the channel list.
6. Pick any Channel on Client1 and it works again.

I've given both clients unique names in the PVR configuration.
I don't use username/password authentication.

Are there any client and/or server side logfiles you would like to look at?

This is the issue that is caused by DVBLink backend not handling the client-id correctly. If you use the channelhandle to stop the stream, it will only stop that specific instance. I've provided a fix for the other add-on by zeroniak, so I guess this could be fixed by BtBn as well.

Just give each xbmc its own name, as dvblink only allows one channel per uniqe client.

Exactly there.
Make sure your XBMC instances are using a diffrent client name(make sure there are no spaces in it), and it should only stop the stream for this single client.
If that does not work, it's most likely an DVBLink bug, cause it would mean that it does not honor the client_id provided for stop_channel.

Changed to addon, so it uses the provdided channel handle.
Also uploaded a new binary Windows version.

HI BtbN

Been watching the posts, can you post a list of what 'normal' functions of the add-on are not completed yet, i.e. recording and series recording etc.

Good to see you did start your own thread as well :)

Thanks
