Does this mean that the new XBMC add-on works with RaspBMC?

it kind of does. The thing is that raspberry pi is too slow to process/show large amounts of epg data and recordings.

Yes. This works. But the channels (hdtv) are very bad.

Oberon: Ive got 240 channels with EPG data which is indeed way too much for the Raspberry. Could you consider channel groups, so I can have the full set of channels on my mediacenter, and only a subset of SD channels on the raspberry pi in the bedroom?

I bought a Pi to replace a broken MCE Extender, but it doesnt really cut it right now....

Hi,

I installed 4.5.1 on my Win / Dvblink server.
I found the files to put on my pi client, but I don't get the choise to activate DVBlink as a PVR Client.

What do I need to do on my pi?

Thanks

There is no PVR client of DVBLink at this time! Only a simple plugin for DVBlink. Look at the "Programs" folder in your XBMC

This might give some performance gain for the Raspberry Pi: Introducing turbo mode: up to 50% more performance for free

Let's hope it is enough to be able to use the Raspberry Pi with DVBLogic software.

Hi !

I tried XBMC addon on iMac and OS X Snow Leopard and it works quite well but i just can play XBMC in full screen mode and never in windowed mode.

I change the setting in System but resolution becomes bad, and if i change resolution i got the same effect.

And there is no way to resize the XBMC window because there is no down-right corner to do it !

So on my iMac 27'' i can see TV with DVBlink in fullscreen mode or...nothing ! No way to have several windows at the same time...

Does someone have a trick to solve this issue please ?

Best Regards

There is a shortcut press "\" to go on full screen
Terratec Cinergy S2 USB HD rev.1
clients ubuntu 12.04 + XBMC PVR by Pulse-Eight and Xtreamer MK1 both via WiFi

Thanks for the answer but :

1/ There is no key "\" on iMac keyboard

2/ If you try Alt+shift+"/" or "/"..nothing happens

Another idea lol ! ?

Thanks
