No EPG data in new DVBLink 5.5

Postby stecconet » Tue Jul 21, 2015 9:17 am

Dear All,

After upgrading to the new DVBLink 5.5 I don't have any EPG data. I'm loading EPG data via the EIT scanner and the DigiGuide connector.

Looking into the DigiGuide settings and testing my account info seem to be successful (marked as configured and username and password are entered correctly)

If Scanning with the EIT scanner it finds a lot of data. Average about 2 weeks. Nevertheless going to the new guide pages all channels are showing "No program information available"

Any body some ideas how to resolve this?

kind regards

I've reverted back to the DVBLink 5.1 but my installation seems to have the same problem now and isn't showing any EPG data in the guide. Also KODI isn't getting any.

Although if you look in the sources folder under EPG you see all the data. So it is downloading but some how it is not being processed.

When looking into the dvblink_server.log file I noticed that 2 minutes after starting the DVB service following error pops up:

2015-Jul-25 08:01:39: [E] epg_updater_t::update_thread_func. Failed to prepare temp epg table for channel 10050000

there are for each channel It is prompting the same error.

10 minutes after that following error is logged several times for sections between 0 and 3:

2015-Jul-25 08:11:18: [E] [W] CTVSChannelScanner::GetServices. Section 0 is missing from sections list

Looks like your dlrecorder.db is corrupted. to be sure, i need log files.
Please, set log level to info, restart dvblink server, wait 20 minutes and attach zipped log files here.

I'd be interested in this also, so I no longer have any channels. Can provide log files also, but I'm reluctant to hijack this thread if it turns out I've got different problems :)

So would be better if you will open new tread with full information about your server and log file.
