Default audio language

My issue is, most of the popular channel have a second audio option, for some raison "Nar" is often the first option like on E4.
As a result, I have to manually (each time) need to go on the audio option and go on basic English.
This is a standard option for most of the sat receiver, but not here. same happen when I record a video, I have the "Nar" audio.

Unfortunately there is no way to set the audio track. Always is taken the first from the list as default.
