IPTV V4 pixelled image

Postby teteris » Tue Nov 15, 2011 3:42 pm

Hi all,
I just upgraded by IPTV to V4 and quality is not stable at all (image is pixelled, not always sync'ed, etc)... I had no problems with the previous 3.2 version.
Problem is, I have no idea how to downgrade back to 3.2 (links have disappeared).

Any ideas?? Does anyone know how I can downgrade again?

Was only DVBLink upgraded or some hw/sw/drivers changed as well?
I would start with setting server priority to real-time to see if it helps.
if not - here are the links to previous version:

Thank you Oberon,
I had to format my PC, and reinstalled Windows 7 from scratch again... No different drivers or hardware, just a clean version of Win 7 Ultimate. It might be that the Windows version was a more updated one, but apart from that, no other changes!

I will try to install the older version and see if that solves my problem. If not, I will have to downgrade my Windows 7... I can't think about anything else.
Appreciate the link!

That is actually not a bad idea... I let Windows automatically detect all my drivers, so did not do this manually.

Thanks for all the ideas!

Hi All,
Just wanted to let you all know that my problem has been solved by downgrading DVBLINK IPTV to V3.2.1.

I first tried putting "real time" settings, no joy.
Then I tried reinstalling my network/graphics drivers with Win7, no luck either.

After removing v4.0.1 and downgrading to 3.2.1, it is working like a charm again!
It is a bit frustrating to see the newest version is not working as expected... But at least this is a workaround for people with the same problem as me!

Thanks to all for your comments!

I am using Imagenio (Telefonica) in Spain.
if it helps, when testing with VLC, image is stable, without flickering nor pixelled image.
