Hi for some reason all the quest channels can't be found, I've tried "network scan" with no success they all seem to be on the same frequency and transponder... the weird thing is my freesat box picks them all up perfectly....

Please help

The satellite i'm using is linked below (28.2e) and if you search the page for QUEST you'll see them at 12382 H

I'm using a TBS 6902 tuner to capture off of a larger than average sky minidish (not so mini) on windows 10 x64.

Hi Oli,

I did a scan of 28.2E with my TBS5990, and got "Found Services : 0" for 12382 H. After a bit of detective work, I found that my 28.2 transponder file was showing the symbol rate for 12382 H as 29500, but the Lyngsat link that you posted has it as 27500. I manually changed it to 27500 in the DVBlink transponder file, rebooted and re-scanned, and now I have the Quest channels - previously I only had the QVC channels on that frequency.

Can you check and see if your transponder file has the same issue ?

Hi Tim

Cheers for pointing me in the right direction, I noticed the satellite file pointed at a website so I had a poke about for an updated file in case there was other changes I'd missed and success!
you can download an updated .ini file with all the updated information that you can just dump into the DVBLink folder.

Hope this helps anyone else out there.
