Missing EPG Channels

Postby shaggy » Fri Dec 29, 2017 4:36 pm

Hi,

I am using digiguide to get the TV EPG data and the Alan Birtles XMLTV scraper to get it in XMLTV format foryour software.I have double checked the file using XMLTV file viewer.

The file gets stored in the correct folder, scanned every 12hrs, and gets picked up. When assigning the channels to the EPG data i find that epg channels are missing from the list yet are actually present in the file.

I have included a link to the latest XMLTV filer i am using. It is too large to upload here.

I am using Server 2012 with your software on - works okay, I know you dont support server software and other EPG files scraped from the radio times website worked okay before i was forced to change EPG supplier - is it related to the file size?
I am using firefox browser to set up the software.

Your Assistance on this is greatfully received.

For those who dont know what i am getting at :--

I used the dvblogic software to try this..

In one picture is the epgdata.xml file that is loaded into dvblink but being read by a program designed to read xml files - you can see pick plus 1 is there at the top.

in the other picture it shows the epg in dvblink and pick plus 1 is not showing up in the selections.

Any idea why?
