well someone had to bump the thread as it'll be the 28th April in NZ in 7 hours time and that is pretty close to the end of April for a beta by my books ;-)
I see @Oberon has been teasing us all for some time now;

Or at least tease us with some upcoming new features!!! Like..... is it going be able to walk my dog everyday? Can it sort the kids out for school in the morning? Or maybe cook me dinner?

Quite happy with DVBlink 5 tbh, with a couple of issues at the start it now works perfectly... Would be interested to understand what new features are coming.

Ps. I seriously hope it will walk my dog... I hate walking my dog, it's cold, wet and dark out there....

haha, you'd need to ask the mighty @Oberon about that but he'd probably create a dog walking feature specifically for Siberian Huskys and nothing else.

I think the major changes (at least form my perspective) are the native android TV interface so it'll mean on a powerful set top box (like an Nvidia Shield TV), we won't need to run Kodi with pvr plugin any more. which would be great from my perspective. It will definitely help to unify the living experience for us.

My windows 7 HTPC has been switched off for nearly a year now and the family have no regrets whatsoever.
With SPMC on the shield TV+Plex+all the other apps, we have all things covered - best part of it is 1080p game streaming from high powered PC in a cupboard and then instantly switching to live/recorded tv when we need it.

50% discount on a product price. All product licenses on the same host are upgraded at once.

@oberon

am i understanding correctly
that if i have TVsouce and IPTV
i only pay to upgrade 1 @50% and the whole server updates
so in my case updating both would be 25$

also, can i upgrade the license now and get the new key
but stay on 5 and not update until 6 is final?

is this correct?

One more question
if my NAS (QNAP 451) ever dies
and i replace it with another QNAP same or better model
is the license transferable as its the same platform?

just login your account on the dvblogic site

password is assigned by dvblogic
so you likely wont remember it or still have the initial email
if thats the case just click forgot password
they will send you a rest link
then you can log in

click actions tab
select upgrade
this will go to the checkout
currently 24.5 Euro and all product licenses for that server will be upgraded
you can pay using paypal or direct bank transfer
