Subscription, Paid, No key, No Response from Support

I paid for a 3 months 10Euro trial tv advisor subscription, but have not received any communication from DVBLogic

I emailed customer services on Wednesday, but have not had any response.

Would someone please contact me from DVBLogic to resolve this problem.
