TBS DVB-C stick does not work anymore

I have a technical problem with the TV stick, which I have received from you. The status LED is no longer lit when the stick is plugged into the computer. When I pull it out of the USB port out and plug in again, the blue status LED lights up briefly and then disappears immediately. The TV stick is not detected and can not be used. I have now tried the stick on several computers. Maybe it's defective? The problem occurs since a few weeks.
I bought the stick from you on 22.11.2013.
It worked very well in the beginnig but from one day to another the stick does not work anymore.

I ask you for a short feedback on how we can deal with this problem further.

I'm sorry but as far as I am aware you are, according to the European law, also responsible for the shipping costs on my side.
I think the easiest way is, you send me a retoure label for a parcel service (DHL?).
Alternatively, you can give me an information on how to refund me the return costs. (Paypal?). It will be 10,90 € with DHL.

I am not aware of the law that says that shipping costs in case of guarantee are paid by the shop. The law only says that we are responsible for free of charge reparation or exchange of the product in case of guarantee request.
It is a common practice that shipping costs in case of guarantee replacement are paid by both parties - e.g. you on sending it here and us on sending it back to you.

Maybe this helps:
Under EU law, within the legal guarantee period of two years, defective products must be repaired or replaced without any cost to the consumer. This includes shipping costs. So, in principle, the seller should cover all shipping costs[...]
