Postby Michaelheath » Sat Sep 08, 2012 5:09 pm

Hey guys
Is there any way i can use my laptop as an extender to use my computers tuner card? I have two tuners so could let it use one and my media center use one?
Any ideas?

You can either
- watch TV on the client PC using DLNA client - for example Windows MediaPlayer
- watch TV on the client PC in Windows MediaCenter using DVBLink Network Client
- watch TV on the client PC in a web browser: http://<DVBLink server ip>:<streaming port, default 8080> (uses transcoded TV stream)

Alternatively you can install and use DVBLink XBMC addon:
