yeah i did check my spam folder...
It's not that i didn't receive the email, but that there is no key in the license portal.
What i did was the following:
logged in on my license portal with username email@example.com
clicked the upgrade to version 4 button, got the payment screen, paid with my visa card. at this point i used a email address i use for creditcard payments: firstname.lastname@example.org
and this is where i suspect the lies; because at this point i received a email for dvblogic at email@example.com
with a new licence portal link and password. When i log in to that portal it is empty. When i log in to my old portal it still has the old key info and the same upgrade button, but no new info.
The solution is very simple... send a v4 key. Would take support about 2 minutes, they also do this if your hardwarefinger print changes... expect for the fact that limited support seems to mean NO support what so ever.
