DVBLink v4 does not work with MediaPortal anymore in the same way as v3 did because v4 uses PBDA drivers instead of BDA.
So you probably need to stay with v3.2.
The other possibility would be to use DVBLink v4 Connect! Server where MediaPortal will see it as IPTV (there is an URL available for each DVBLink channel).
Alternatively maybe someone can write a DVBLink client for MediaPortal using DVBLink Remote API: http://www.dvblogic.com/wiki/index.php?title=How_to_write_my_own_DVBLink_client

can you go in this a bit deeper and explain how.
Im testing it right now but all i can see is DVBlink tuners are seen as an DVB-T devices.
It will see all 4 tuners but can't scan.
Dedicated TV Server with 4x DVB-S2 and 2x DVB-C sources running V4.5 on a Server 2012 and 5 clients Almost all systems running on Windows Embedded Standard 7.

You can find a description of how to form a url for each DVBLink channel here:
http://www.dvblogic.com/wiki/index.php? ... ink_client

It is referred to as "direct http streaming".
