New user, No epg data

I've been trying to get TV Adviser to work but am having no joy. I have mapped to channels correctly (UK), but the epg remains empty. I have tried some of the fixes on this board (rebooting, repairing the recorder database etc). I have attached the log files here.

Any help would be very much appreciated!

hi froezen, just wondering if you got your epg data? , reason i ask is im getting same issues no epg data

cant belive no dev has answered

I raised a support ticket. My problem still exists but they are looking at their servers where the issue may lay.

Hello
Same here, after a fresh install of DVBLink Server/IPTV/TVA there is no EPG. After contact to the support there was a quick answer that they are working on it. It seems to be a server problem.

There was an issue on the EPG server. It is already solved.
Try to restart DVBLink server, wait up to 30 minutes and check the Guide once more.

Problem is gone and its working. Thank you for your quick solution ... .
