TV Adviser (NL) not working

Hi all,

My name is Jordy, and im using dvblink products for some time now and I really enjoy it.
How ever because my tv provider supplies crappy epg information, I have installed TV Advisor (NL).

The problem is that dvblink keeps saying "no program information available".

I have tried everything I could think of even repaired the dlrecorder.db file with sqlite3.exe

maybe somebody coud take a look at my logfile.

Has anybody some idea why it is not working for me.
When I go into the configuration panel (web interface) of TV Advisor, when I click on a channel I can see some EPG data.
But it does not show up on the tv guide of DVBlink Server.

Im using windows 10 with the latest DVBlink Server app

The unzip process fails to start on downloaded epg data file.
It might be related to user rights for example. Please try restarting PC to see if it helps.

Ok but I already done that several time, and restarting the PC does not fix this.

Is the log file detailed enough to tell, for what reason the unzip process has failed.
You also mentioned "user rights" is some kind of windows issue rater the a dvblink issue

It may be also related to antivirus software. Please try disabling it temporarily to see if it helps.

I have disabled my antivirus and firewall, restarted the dvblink server but no fix.
does dvblink use an external unzip program to unzip file.

I have no idea what causes this.

Oberon do you have some more ideas in what is causing this issue en even better what could fix it.

I would really appreciate it.
