Hey Oberon.

Any chance of an answer to my last questions, 10 days ago??

Or did you completely give up on ever getting this to work correctly?

I'm getting pretty frustrated here, and I really think that I have been more than patient. Waiting more than 6 months for a solution.

So please let me have an update, or point me in a direction of an alternative to the TVAdviser software.

Please write to info at dvblogic.com for more info. We will be changing EPG provider for DK coming months.

I disabled TV Advisor NL, because with V6, you can set DVBLink, to get live EPG data from stream.

Ziggo NL has changed some channel names in march/april 2016, and TV advisor NL is still not updated.
I get a lot of faulty EPG data from TV advisor NL, especially for the sports channels and since V6, I disabled TV advisor for al my set channels, because of these faults...

You may manually assign the channels with the EPG data from the Adviser.
PS. May you indicate the channels which have been changed.

You could Sync the channnel names from TV Advisor, with the Network ID listings found on https://gathering.tweakers.net/forum/list_message/31632914#31632914

On the first page of that topic, you can find the latest channel and frequency updates/changes with corresponding Ziggo NID, in the tabel with header "Ziggo/UPC NID's".
Use the blue date url's in the last column of that tabel for complete listing, generated from a transport stream capture and some tools, the topic starter wrote himself.

Very informative topic, how a BIG company regularly screws up, with their network maintenance and content protection :!:

From 15th August onward we should have epg data for Danish TV channel equivalent in quality and coverage to timefor.tv data.
