TV Advisor NL fix needed

Hi,

I run TV Advisor since last weekend trusting it would be a correctly functioning addon for my DVBlink server but there are a few problems from major to more or less unpleasant.

1: Major issue - The EPG data provided is not fully correct, several channels seam to show wrong info with regard to which program is aired at which moment. I have scoped out SBS6 HD and Net5 HD for example where the EPG information is correct when I change the settings to the eitscanner. Once changed back to TV Advisor for catching epg data, the information is incorrect again. (I logged on info level and as timeline changed back to TV Advisor at 3:05)
These 2 are just 2 examples of a bigger problem. I recognized other differences during zapping during the week on different channels but did not had time to analyze at that time....now a sleepless night was the perfect moment.

2: Major issue - On the sales page of DVB Logic the product is sold like it would use the episode functionality in a better way which was my main point of moving towards this app but it's not really resulting in an improvement, instead I have less information with regard to episode info compared to the standard DVB-S eit scanner. I tested for example Veronica XD HD where for the program Criminal Minds on Wednesday evening there is no Episode information with TV Advisor while the eitscanner is able to provide the episode info. (Again logged on info level and as timeline changed back to TV Advisor at 3:05)
Also for this issue, this is not isolated to Veronica, I have seen other examples.

3: Every time I adjust TV Advisor channel links, DVB Link deletes all my other EPG settings with eitscanner and Digiguide which is not a major problem but at least not preferable.

Please let me know if this can be fixed. Like it is now, the product downgrades my setup instead of adding value.

Yes, we are aware of the epg issues for SBS channel group - SBS6, SBS9, Veronica, Net5 - and actively working on fixing them.

Hi Oberon,

I just switched to RTL7 HD and there I see in the TV guide "RTL Autovision" while on the channel "football inside" is playing.
Is there also a problem with other channels then the SBS channel group?

By the way, what is the status with resolving the issue on the SBS channel group?

I switched to the eitscanner for the dutch channels, I'll wait confirmation before switching back to TV advisor.

We have deployed the fix today for program information accuracy for TV Adviser (NL) to the server and to TV Adviser (NL) installer.

Unfortunately we have also learned that under contract our provider can only deliver no more than 3 days worth of EPG for NPO, RTL and SBS channels. This is the limitation we have to live with. We will make it clear on the product description page.

If you are unhappy with the quality of the delivered EPG data (even with the today's fixes), please write an e-mail to info at dvblogic.com and we will refund your tv adviser purchase.

Thank you for the option to cancel the subscription and refund it. It is indeed not what I expected from it.
I have sent an email on the 20th of September but no reply or refund so far.
