Can't find any channel from today.

Postby cristian » Wed Mar 16, 2016 6:07 pm

Hello,

Few weeks ago I buy a TVButler DVB-C/T/T2 (100tc) with DVBLink TVSource package.
I planned to use with my digital cable provider in DVB-C.
I made the install , search for channels in DVB-C mode and all was fine. All channel was working.
But today, after a server restart, all programs didn't work anymore and I get the error : "internal server error".
I reinstalled the DVBLink Server and tried to search again for channels , using same setting as in the past, but now it didn't find any network.

Please set log level to info, restart DVBLink server, reproduce the issue, download and attach zipped DVBLink log files to this ticket.

Information on how to set log level and download log files can be found on our Wiki.

I don't know what is happening but, after setting log level to info and restarted DVBLink server, seems to work again. It found all channels.

Logs, looks good.
Could be that it was some USB issue, maybe low power or bad connection, in that case the re-plug of the tuner should solve the issue.
