Summary:
TV-Butler does not pick up one particular FTC DVB-C
stream.

My location & TV-Cable/Internet provider
- Location: Den Haag, the Netherlands
- Provider: Ziggo
My setup.
- Win 7
- DVBLogic TV-butler
- Windows Drivers for TV-butler (downloaded form DVBLogic site)
- DVBLink Player/Server & DVBLink TV-source

Channel Scan parameters:
- Fast Scan>Custom
Frequency: 474000
Symbol Rate: 6875
Modulation: QAM64
All values are suggested by Ziggo.
- Network id selection:
4444 (as suggested by Ziggo)
43186 (as suggested by other sources)

Both network id selections give the same result.

What should that result be?
All FTC digital Channels for my Location (i.e without a decoder card).

What's missing?
TS id 2053 with some TV Channels I like to have available.
For details about this stream, see:
http://www.dtvmonitor.com/nl/ziggo-west

Is the stream really missing?
Yes. When I do the same thing as above on a TV
the TV channels in TS 2053 are available
without a decoder card.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

You may try to make a scan of "DVB-C Europe Full frequency range" or add a required transponder to the scan list manually.

Also some times channels marked by provider as an encrypted by actually they are not, so you need to scan all channels (not FTA only) and then select them for watching (even without decoder)
