Only partial information in TV-Guide

This is a old problem for me with version 5. I tried a new installation yesterday with version 6 and the same problem still exist. Sometimes when i refresh EPG data the TV Guide shows complete data, but for the most times it shows only partial data as in the picture below.

I have Anysee E7 T2C with CAM HD CI+ for Boxer and Boxer TV-card (5 identical). It is the same problem direct on the server in the browser and on the client computers with Windows 7 WMC.

From time to time i tried to search for this problem, but i have never found information or solution for this problem.

Are you sure there is a 24/7 EPG data available for your channels?

Yes! If i use the same CI-module with the same Boxer-card in a TV i have data from all channels 24/7.

Please, set log level to info, restart dvblink server, wait up to 30 minutes and attach zipped log files here.

Please, try make force update of EPG from stream, just follow next steps:
-> go to DVBLink web-interface -> Sources -> click on button Configure (on your tv source) -> Edit advanced settings -> EPG Scan -> Scan (it can take time)-> Ok-> Save
-> then check option Advanced mode (under dropdown list with languages selection )
-> Channels -> EPG sources -> from Available EPG sources choose your source -> click By name -> save

When I do an update that you described the EPG update properly, but after 1 or 2 days so it is empty again and I have to update it in the way you describe. It can work one week if I'm lucky. It's like it does not update itself properly and that it is too small buffer for data so it shows only a couple of words and ends with dots that the first image in this thread.

So, after the force scan you do have EPG for all channels but for a day(or few )- right?
And how long ahead you do have an EPG on the TV Set?

PS.
Set the "Enable live EPG update" at the DVBlink Web UI -> general Settings

Usually it is the same information on Windows Media Center computers as in the web interface on the server. Sometimes it seems that is more data in the WMC computers, but it can vary so therefore I have concentrated on the information on the server itself.

I have tested a little with the "Enable Live EPG update" at the DVBlink Web UI -> General Settings" but not experienced any difference, but I can test some more!

It also could be that your EPG data streams only on some specific frequencies for all channels. Really hard to say what is wrong. As due to the log files of the server is works like it should.
As an option you may look for some XMLTV epg or buy a subscription for TVAdviser.

I had "timefor.tv" EPG provider before and it worked well, but unfortunately they closed the service and there is no similar service in Sweden that I know of. TVadviser are not for Swedish television channels, unfortunately.

Many thanks to you for trying to find the problem!
