Lets first try to get channels and then will solve all your other issues.
So you have an external antenna, do not you? An the cable from that antenna connected to the Tuner.

thx, the man for support.

there was a external small antenna delivered with tv butler, but i do not use it.
i connect via cable from diskstation to butler and further to a electrical installation t connector
to get hopefully the signal from my cable provider unitymedia a german cable provider.

Why do you scan dvb-t then if your connection is unitymedia cable?..

..done, connected without usb extension, connected stick directly to pc now!

The last way you can check is - connect the (cable from provider) cable directly to the TVButler, and TVButler directly to the NAS or PC (without extension usb cord)

For DVB-C you need to chose the "SI2168 DVBC BDA Filter"
i did choose bda filter

- tv is not in action .. to have 100 percent signal at the moment

Really, looks like the tuner is broken. Please, write to info@dvblogic.com and they will give you additional info of what to do.
