Server crash when accessing TV and Media Library

Postby quaestor » Tue Nov 05, 2013 4:37 pm

Hello,

when trying to access the TV and Media Library, or accessing Live TV using Plex, the server crashes instantaneously.
All Products are on the current version.
I already tried reinstalling.
Logfiles are attached.

Any thoughts?

Please set log level to info, restart server, reproduce the issue and attach zipped log file here.

It crashes because you need Connect! Server installed for this functionality.
The other thing of course that it should not crash, but display the Connect Server product page. We will check this.

I do not see anything from connect server in the log. You may need to uninstall it and install it again.

Great, that worked. I did a complete reinstall before which did not help.
Now reinstalling Connect! Server worked.
Thanks!
