When watching either live TV or recorded shows some of my HD channels don’t display any video when using the viewer on either my iPhone or iPad. The sound is good. However other HD channels work fine. Also for the channels that don’t work they do with other devices such as Windows 10 DVBLink Viewer and the DLNA function on my TV.

(I tried the 'upload attachment' but it kept on timing out.)
I have rebooted the iOS devices and retuned the TVSource but nothing has worked so far. Is there anything else I can try to fix this?
