3.5.3 client on iOS 10.1.1 missing scroll thumb

Postby btaroli » Mon Nov 07, 2016 4:32 am

I've notice just recently (client update?) that the scroll bar showing progress through a recording playback is present, but the thumb to actually drag and scroll through is gone. Was this intentional? Makes me long for the previous version...

Try just to "click/touch" in the appropriate place at the timeline, the indicator should be scrolled to it. Or just touch the indicator of current time (dot) and hold it for a second/two and then scroll to needed time.

Yes I know how it's supposed to work. What I'm reporting is that the "dot" isn't consistently appearing. I tried just now and it sidnand allowed me to scroll through a recording. But in past days the dot wasn't appearing, and no amount of tapping or dragging in the scroll bar was having the intended affect. I'm a regular user of this function to skip annoying commercials.

When it happens again I'll be sure to get a screen capture in case I'm not describing it clearly enough.

On the iOS app, streaming of encoded channels does no longer work. This is strange as the DVBLink channels in Plex as well as Emby still are able to decode the encoded channels.

It generally seems that any update of the app gives a little bit more bad. Actually the loading times of the epg are very bad. Please, resolve this issues, thank you.

Ha! Caught it again. This time on app version 3.6.0 and iOS 10.3.3.

Had to force close the app and relaunch. Annoying, but I guess it at least doesn't happen often.
