We are planning to release an update (no exact date at the moment - approximately in a month) There will be some improvements in the player. Unfortunately I can't give you a guarantee that your issue will be totally solved, as we still can't reproduce it with our server and yours test files.

I'm not sure if it helps (or is relevant) but I also had this sync problem right after I enabled the setting for Audio passthrough in the client.

I quickly disabled it again...
