Have you started playing the LiveTV with the press directly on the channel? Or from the EPG pop-up?

From the EPG grid -> Show details -> Play

Just click on the Channel in the channel list. Then you may switch channels during the LIveTV

Not very user friendly, isn't it?

You guess better to give a possibility for channel changing via EPG as well?
It is done like that for next reason:
- you watch LiveTV
- you want to rewind/seek back in the start of the show and accidentally instead "Tap and Swipe" you do "Swipe and Tap" and channel will be changed, you lose your "timeshifted" program
- if you start from EPG - you may be sure that channel will not be switched accidentally

How do you think it may any sense?

Any news on updates for the Theatre App?

If closing the app, taking the ATV to sleep and start the app again the focus and time in the guide is on the same position as when the app was closed even if many hours have passed.

On channels with interlaced 1080i content the deinterlace is not perfect on fast movements.

The app will be updated, but no any release date at the moment. We are working on improvements of the DVBlink Theatre internal player.

I'm experiencing occasional lost audio on .m3u playlist streams. This does not occur while the channel is streaming, only after you have done something like change channels and return to the original channel (and this only happens occasionally).

When this happens, if you swipe down for info there are no audio tracks shown.

The only way to resolve this is to terminate the app (from Apple TV home screen, double tap home button, locate DVBLink Theatre and swipe up). Once you do this audio is fine again.

This happens frequently enough, that I have had it occur half a dozen times in the day since I downloaded the Apple TV app.

Added into the Todo list as well. We will check what could be done there.

Anyone having issues with the app today?
Was working fine last night but not today.
App crashes immediately on trying to open it, just goes back to the Apple TV home screen.

Apple TV was updated to tvOS 10.2 the other day but DVBLink Theatre has worked since then.

I've tried deleting the app and installing again from the App Store but issue persists.
I restarted the TV server as well but that is working fine for other clients anyway.

Yes I am. Same issue. I updated tvsource and server software on my synology nas today but since then have removed and reinstalled the NASA software. Set it up again. Removed from Apple TV and reinstalled. I even reset my whole damn apple tv. No luck.

Well tried again today and it started up, just had to setup the server settings again and it's working fine.
No idea what happened or how it fixed itself! :?:

Please, open a separate topic and describe the issue in details.
