Bugs in iOS App

Postby frs24 » Tue Dec 30, 2014 9:20 pm

I found some bugs in the iOS App:

on my iPad Air (iOS8) the recordings have a wrong time.
Example: When I start recording at 19:58 the app shows under "RecordedTV" 18:58 (always one hour wrong)
In the EPG the time is correct. And when I choose the recording it shows 7:58 (12 hour format instead of 24 hour format)

The same issue on my iPhone 5s (iOS7) . Here too always one hour wrong. But when I choose the recording it shows correctly the 24 hour format here.

And when I watch my recordings with my iPad the aspect ratio when choosing 1x (1024x768) is wrong.
I have no problem with 1/2x or 1/3x on my iPad and also no problem with the aspect ratio on my iPhone.

Does anyone else found these bugs?

Besides this I think the app is now very good!
Thanks and best regards!

Is the EPG working correctly in other clients - web interface for example?

Yes, no problems with other clients.
And the EPG is correct in the iOS app too.
Only the (finished) recordings have a wrong time stamp.
The recordings start at the correct time (e.g 11:00) but
afterwards the iOS app shows 10:00!
The web interface shows the correct time 11:00!

I wonder if winter time setting is correct on your iPad?

what can be wrong concerning the
time settings on my iPad and iPhone?
I have the correct time zone and the correct time
in all other apps.
And I have the correct times within the EPG of the dvblink app!
And in the dvdlink app the times are only wrong in
the overview of all recordings.
When I choose one recording to see the details of
this recording the time is correct again.
So I have two different times within the same app.
So I am quite sure that this must a bug!

to test I changed the timezone on my
iPhone from Berlin to London.
With timezone London both times
(Recording overview and details of one recording)
are the same.
The times in the recording overview are unchanged
but when I choose one recording the time shown there
is changed according to the timezone of the iOS device!

Are there any news (maybe an update?) concerning the bugs in the meantime?
I still have the same problems with the time zones and the aspect ratio.
